What is your turn-around time?
Typical turn-around time is roughly 2 weeks but we offer 24-72 hour rush service. Please contact us for more details.
Do you print items other than T-shirts?
YES, We print a wide variety of items. See our promotional products.
Do you have an art department?
YES, we have an award winning art department which can edit your design or create an original design to your specifications.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, money orders, certified checks and credit/debit cards.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we ship UPS, FedEx, or courier anywhere in the USA! We are centrally located on the east coast which allows us to quickly ship to New York City, Philly, DC and more. Orders may also be picked up at our Baltimore, Maryland showroom.
Do you have embroidery capabilities?
YES, we have a fantastic embroidery department. Normal embroidery turn-around time is 5-6 days.
How should art work be submitted?
Artwork can be submitted digitally via email sales@captjerrys.com or by filling our our contact form. Click here to view our design guidelines.
Can you match PMS colors?
YES, there is an additional charge for custom ink matches.
What sizes are available?
Most items are available in the following sizes:
- ADULT: S (34-36), M (38-40), L (42-44), XL (46-48), XXL (50-52), XXXL (54-56). Sizes 5XL and over are available in many items.
- YOUTH: XS (2-4), S (6-8), M (10-12), L (14-16)
